Chef-in-Residence Events in August and September
We are excited to welcome our friend and former farmer team member, Benjamin DuBow back to the farm for two weeks. Benjamin will be teaching 2 classes, hosting 2 meals, and assist with our Processing Kitchen Project (read more on the Community Processing Kitchen and Hospitality Space page)!
Lacto-Fermentation Workshop
Learn the basics of fermentation using fresh vegetables from our farm. Please bring your own glass jar with a lid. All other supplies will be provided! Max 15 participants.

Corn Processing Workshop: Nixtamalization, Grinding, & Masa
Participants will learn about the history of corn cultivation and processing, participate in hands-on grinding and taste test various corn-based foods.

Farm-to-Table Fundraising Dinner
Join us for an extra special Farm-To-Table dinner. This multi-course meal will feature seasonal ingredients from our farm. Each course will be accompanied by stories, history, and ecology about its featured ingredients. Tickets are available for purchase on a sliding scale from $75-$175. Purchase tickets here.

Community Shabbat
