Chef-in-Residence Events in August and September

Lacto-Fermentation Workshop

There are so many ways to volunteer on the farm. We love volunteers! And we hope that every visit to the farm can offer you chances to learn new things, make connections with wonderful people and nature, the reward of meaningful work that helps people in need, and an option to take home good food and/or flowers.
FLOWER POTLUCK
Saturday, August 1 at 5-8 PM on the farm
Join us for this awesome, free event! All are welcome! We'll start with a dinner potluck (please bring a dish to share if you are able) followed by a flower arranging workshop led by our very own Jen McClung, the Iowa Dahlia Lady! All flowers will be provided; bring your own vase or jar to hold your bouquet.

Saturday, July 4 (and maybe July 5): Garlic Harvest
